Optimum Dog Food

History shows us that since the beginning of man’s relationship with the canine the family dog ate what was prepared in the family kitchen. This included both raw and cooked meats, fresh fruits and vegetables and cooked  grain in the form of bread. We used ingredients that mirror that time in the canines heritage (the last 2000 years) when we spent our days working in the field along side our dogs.

The Optimum diet series contains dehydrated protein that has been cooked before dehydrating and protein that is raw when dehydrated as well as fresh fruits and vegetables that have been dehydrated and cooked whole hulless oats.

As individuals, canines can have special dietary needs. Specifically, canines new to natural foods, large dogs with robust appetites and the canine athlete with their extreme calorie requirements present a challenge. The result is an OPTIMUM blend of cooked protein, dehydrated from raw protein, increased vegetables, and a reduced grain component.

NRG OPTIMUM is the diet we recommend for large breeds, those new to natural feeding and canine athletes. The vegetable and oat fiber mix has soothing effect on the intestinal tract producing a firm stool in canines new to natural food or those dogs whose size or activity level dictate that their dinner bowl must be full to the brim.

OPTIMUM diets are balanced for ALL LIFE STAGES and can be fed to puppies, pregnant dogs, growing dogs, active dogs, senior dogs.
